Day 1 – Arrive Srinagar
Arrive at Srinagar airport, transfer to your hotel or houseboat.
Evening stroll on Boulevard Road, take a 1-hour shikara ride on Dal Lake.
Overnight stay in Srinagar.
Day 2 – Srinagar to Pahalgam (or internal Srinagar sightseeing)
After breakfast drive to Pahalgam (≈2-3 hrs) or explore Srinagar nearby (Mughal Gardens etc.).
In Pahalgam enjoy winter landscape, possibly valleys with snow.
Overnight stay in Pahalgam.
Day 3 – Pahalgam to Gulmarg
Morning departure for Gulmarg (≈3-4 hrs). In winter this is a snow-wonderland with skiing/ sledging.
Stay overnight in Gulmarg to enjoy an alpine winter evening.
Day 4 – Gulmarg full day
Enjoy snow-activities: maybe take the cable car/gondola ride, go for winter walks in snow, enjoy views of snow-clad peaks.
Return to Srinagar in the evening (or stay one more night in Gulmarg depending on preference) then overnight stay.
Day 5 – Depart Srinagar
After breakfast check-out and transfer to Srinagar airport/railway station for your return.
